JP Mandrel bent Manifold. Primary pipes all equal lengths in 304 grade stainless steel.

90 degree bend, flared at both ends with 3 bolt flanges. Including Lambda boss for pre CAT sensor.

Stainless Steel CAT including flared ends and 3 bolt flanges. Also including post CAT Lambda sensor.

Link pipe to go from CAT the Silencer with flair and 3 bolt flang to mate onto the CAT.

Center link pipe to go in place of CAT and (above) link pipe. NON CAT version.

18" Oval Stainless Steel Silencer.

Short exit, slash cut and polished. To sit under the side step in front of the rear wheel.

Long exit, including 2 1/2" Outwardly rolled exhaust tip polished and bracket.

Also contained with the exhaust system is a complete fitting kit which contains the following parts (item quantities depend on exhaust options):
Exhaust clamps
Olives
Rubbers
Bolts, washers and aerotite nuts
hangers

| Below are some tools/equipment that may be required. |

5" Hole cutter. If at present you have the single exit exhaust system it will be required that holes are cut in the inner wings to allow the manifolds through either side. This tool is available for hire along with the templates seen to the right.

Templates to aid getting the hole in the correct place on the inner wing.
