200 litre capacity

The Darker Side

HSE conversion with a nominal 160Litre LPG range, and with an easily removable tank option.

This 4.6 HSE was fitted with our 80 litre Toroidal tank and a removable 120ltr cylinder tank, giving a range of over 550 miles plus the 300 mile petrol range, and the quality of the conversion speaks for itself.

200 Ltre tanks 160 litre capacity Tidy load space.

The two tanks fit snugly in the boot space of the HSE and our unique cassette style fittings make it the best by far.

With both tanks installed the full load space is still accessible (not a wood screw in sight).

CD No problem Twin Filler

The CD loader is not affected in any way.

Twin fillers so individual tanks can be filled if one is removed.

The Darker Side

Warning - You may find the following quite disturbing.

The following is just one example of the LPG conversions we see. Needless to say, this one was completely removed, the mistakes repaired, and a proper conversion carried out using the appropriate parts and upgrades,

shoddy installation welded fixings

Angle Iron has been welded onto the side of the spare wheel hole, soft wood has been badly screwed to it, and copious amounts of Mastic are sticking down the torn trim.

The Tank Frames have been welded to the boot floor, this is fine if you don't ever want to remove it, or update the tanks. Also you can see they are of the 'single hole' type.

wood and wood screws very poor finish

With no proper tank frame, this tailgate had yet more wood screwed underneath, and then was screwed down to the floor.

These cheap pieces of wood are badly attached to angle Iron welded onto the side of the spare wheel compartment.

Star wars

This Mixer looks as if it came from Star wars, and the single vaporizer is not suitable for the big 4.6 HSE Engine
