Its been while since Eddie built our 4.6 engine into this
Cobra,

It looks like th e next
thing is to give it a Stage 3 Upgrafe, with some heads that have real Top end
potential,

It looks so good from all
angles.

Chris Just a
quickie so say that the work down on my Dax Cobra seems to have done the trick
(3.5 EFi - which was tuned) - seems that a new filter and relocation of filter
has stopped fuel vaporisation problems. Had to increase the idle as engine
peeters out if idle drops to 700rpm.
I said that I would send details of our URL
( we have just traveled across Africa in an Ex camel 110) - see what you think
of www.destinationx.fsnet.co.uk (nowhere near as flash as your page - but it
was set up in the bush!)
Thanks again for your help Regards Steve

Dear Chris
I want to thank you for giving me by far the
best service I have received in the two years I have been building my Pilgrim
Sumo V8. Your friendly nature, honesty and enthusiam makes all the difference
to us customers.
From the instant I opened the bonnet you
were able to advise me on what I would need doing. At no point did you try to
sell me anything. The most important factor for me was that you completed the
work within the time that you promised. This has been the biggest bugbear I
have suffered since I picked up my first spanner.
The work I had done was a Weber/Offenhauser
conversion from SU's and the difference to the temprement of the engine if
fantastic. It runs so smoothly at low revs now and although fuel economy was
not measured, I made it back to Edenbridge in Kent on one tank, which
previously was unthinkable. The pick up and response was also vastly improved
and generally it was money well spent.
I also have to praise the website too. I
work as a web developer and you site is very well presented and easy to use.
You are not scared to provide information and that information is gievn in a
very clear fashion. The site portrays your company as a very professional,
modern and polished setup, which of course it is. Excellent
Congratulations and Thanks Dave Synott
